Terms of service

Last updated: 3 November 2026

These terms apply to the use of CloudGuard 365 at guard365.conzultus.nl, provided by Conzult Us, Eindhoven, the Netherlands. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. A separate written agreement with your organisation takes precedence where it differs.

1. The service

CloudGuard 365 monitors the security configuration of Microsoft cloud tenants, compares it with security baselines, reports findings and, only when an authorised administrator approves it, can carry out supported response or remediation actions.

2. Accounts and access

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials and second factor secure.
  • You are responsible for the roles you assign to people in your organisation.
  • Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. Connecting Microsoft tenants

You may only connect tenants for which you or your customer have authority to grant consent. You remain responsible for obtaining that permission and for decisions taken on the basis of findings or advice.

4. Acceptable use

  • No use of the service to access systems or data without authorisation.
  • No attempts to break, overload or bypass the security of the service.
  • No reselling or making the service available to third parties outside your agreement.

5. Automated actions and advice

Remediation and response actions run only after explicit approval and can affect your tenants. Findings and AI-assisted advice are provided to support, not replace, your own professional judgement. Review changes before applying them.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance is announced in advance where reasonably possible.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Conzult Us is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, and total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

8. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our privacy policy.

9. Ending use

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. After termination, data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Oost-Brabant, the Netherlands.
